You must create an account using Google OAuth to access paid features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3. Credits and Payments
Credits are non-refundable except in cases of technical failures on our end. One-time credit purchases never expire. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you create using our service. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content to provide the service.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use our service to generate illegal content, infringe on intellectual property rights, create deepfakes without consent, or engage in any harmful activities.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.
