1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email via Google OAuth), and usage data such as projects, scripts, and generated images created on our platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve our services, process payments, send transactional emails (such as notices that a scheduled video is ready, posted or failed), and respond to your support requests. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in encrypted databases. Generated images are stored in cloud storage and may be automatically deleted after a period of inactivity.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Google (OAuth authentication and Analytics), Stripe (payment processing), AI language, image and voice providers, Cloudflare (storage, and rendering videos you post to TikTok), TikTok (posting, if you connect an account) and an email delivery service. Each has their own privacy policy.

5. TikTok

You can connect one or more TikTok accounts. For each, TikTok gives us the account identifier (open_id), display name and profile picture, and access tokens. We use them to show which accounts are connected, to check what each account allows (audience options, maximum video length), and to publish videos to the account you choose.

We publish a video only when you press Post, or when you have set up a niche to post to that account: then its videos are posted on its schedule with the caption, audience and other settings you chose for it, either after you approve each video or automatically if you turned automatic posting on. You can change or turn this off in the niche at any time.

With your permission (the video.list scope), we read the view, like, comment and share counts of the videos you posted through our app, to show you and our planning assistant which topics work. We read them when needed and do not keep them.

To post a video we render it on our servers; the rendered file is saved with that video in your account so it can be posted again, and is deleted with the conversation.

The tokens are stored encrypted. When you disconnect an account, we revoke our access with TikTok and delete its tokens. You can also remove our access at any time in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy, Security, Manage app permissions.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for sign-in (a session token) and to remember how you found us. We use Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies, to understand how the site is used. We do not use advertising cookies.

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. We will process your request within 30 days.
